Default if you get

if you get the dreaded "pull key and wait 10 seconds". Do a search on Column Lock and/or my name "xtremevette" for the author. Tons of information I could get into, but it is all summed up. If your lucky it could be something as easy as a $50 CLB and you will never ever have to worry about it again. If your not so lucky....you will need to have some reprogramming done to your PCM to remove a fuel cutoff GM established. You might be in this boat, as you said "it stalls out first". You will see what I am talking about once you search and read....read .....read.

Good luck

PS. The key trick might work, but 9/10 times it is more then just that.
