new to the corvette scene like the front of C-6 better than a C-5 they look kinda the same just the head lights

I agree that the C6 front end looks better. It's not all the same though. Very few have adapted the headlights to a C5 but it takes about 7k worth of body shop work to do it. I imagine you can do that with all of it but you will have to pay a lot to the body shop and the fit and finish might not be so nice. Probably easier to sell your C5 and buy a C6.

I think you should spring for a C6 as opposed to trying to ruin a perfectly good C5.

its like your telling the world, i cant afford a C6 so his is as far as i can go.

Dont own a vette yet just looking at the possibilities since the C6 is still bringing good money an you can find a nice C5 cheap just to see which way Im wanting to go 5 or 6. Since not possible will just have to weigh the pros and cons.
