Do cold tranny temps affect shifting?

Closer to 140, no issues at all..
Is something holding it back on the 1-2 shift while its cold, like maybe the thicker fluid, or something else?
Never had this problem before, trans is RPM Level V, and other than this blip, works flawlessly..

Otherwise, why else would GM put the tranny cooler inside the radiator, it's to warm up the fluid to operating temp.

I'm trying to find out if other guys have this issue,,,,
So far, it looks like its just me..
Most guys running upper 10's low 11's, car sitting cold in the lanes yesterday, nothing like that reported.. Just me..
Hopefully RPM can chine in..
I ahev also contacted Julio of Cartek to see about this, maybe something written in the C5 computer re: cool tranny temps..
Its NOT like its hitting the rev limiter, it just noses over, or slugs for a split sec, then picks right back up & goes..

I don't tune myself but from playing around with some of the tables on my c4.. there are different trans tables based off trans temp. Maybe you need some tuning done to correct this... obviously the actual temp of the fluid can change how things work on it's own. That's why they have made differnet tables.
