Adhesion promoter ?

Adhesion promoter ?
I am in the middle of painting several of my interior pieces and was wondering if I need to use adhesion promoter again between the primer coats and the paint coat. What about between SEM texture coat and the paint coat? I have Bullldog promoter, Duplicolor primers, and SEM paint and clearcoat if that makes a difference.

thats the same steps i used to paint my interior (prep, bulldog, prime, paint, clear, buff) but i left mine smooth....instead of textured
