My rears work but not the fronts. I have taken the bulbs, which are not burned up and are working, out and the filaments seem to be intact.
Is there a separate flasher for the front and rear? I have looked for the fuse but could not locate. I checked most all the fuses and they seem to be good. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

I just checked and apparently not. I never use them
You don't have a choice, they come on automatically..controlled by the BCM. The DRL's ( Daytime running lights) on a C5 are the turn signals. So with the car running, both turn signals should be illuminated. If not, check Minifuse #2 (15 amp) in the underhood electrical center.
check the sockets they could be corroded.....
The bulb has a tendency to melt a hole in the housing and let in water which may blow the bulb and corrde the socket.
GM wants $70 for the socket/pigtail
