Bassani exhaust
Does anyone have the Bassani exhaust matched with the Bassani x-pipe? I have searched the history and I can not find in information pro or con on Bassani. Please, I need some input. Thanks.

I have the Bassani Exhaust but no x pipe. I like it alot!! It is nice and loud at WOT and quiet when cruising with very little resonance. I opted not to go with the X pipe because of the Cost vs Performance increase. I could not justify it!!

Yep, I have it and it sounds GREEAAAT!!! Motorboat . .um . . not soooo much . .Speedboat . .yea more like that!! Ive been told by my other C5 friends that have driven in the car and raced around town behind me and they tell me its the best sounding C5 they have heard! You cant go wrong with the Bassanni :yesnod:

I have the Bassani cat backs and "X" pipe. Don't agree with the motorboat sound. Agree with the rest of the comments. When autocrossing and my wife driving they sound great and not obnoxious.

I have that combo, and I love it. I first chose the Bassani because of the dual oval tips, which I love. Now, I love the sound too. It's quiet at idle and at cruising, but at WOT, they sound great. More "exotic" then the others I have heard. Click on the link in my sig to see the rear of the system. And do the X pipe to. After all, if your going to do something, do it all the way!

I have the fully polished Bassani cat back system with quad tips and the Bassani x-pipe.
I love the sound and the looks are unsurpassed. I have not seen any other system with quad tips as large as this setup.
Now that I have heads and cam with headers the sound is incredible to go along with the impressive looks.
I think Bassani is a great and very unique choice in exhaust setups.

I am running the Bassani exhaust with the x pipe. It my personal favorite! I have had most every exhaust available and like my combo now. Very pleased.
