C5 misfire problems

C5 misfire problems
Have 00 C5 bolt on car, was driving the other day and started to misfire at crusing speeds. Well did a few checks and came up with cyclinders 4,6,7 are all misfiring. Checked the plugs they are all good, clean the injectors, and still have this problem, ran codes, nothing out of the ordinary just codes for rear o2's and the mutli misfire code. Also checked the header temp with heat gun and those cyclinders were generally about 150 degrees cooler than the others. But I am out of ideas as to what the problem is so was wondering if anybody had an idea or could help me with this problem.
