Shock replacement advice.....
Ok, I've got my new '07 Z06 shocks in my c-5 on the rears, but I can't figure how to tack down the top crush bolt on the front dampers. Is there a special socket to hold that stud top, which is 1/4" and flat on two sides, and round on the other two ? Do I have to use new lock nuts? They seem to be the right size, but it may be a different thread pattern/pitch???? I don't want to cross thread that top stud on my new shocks!!!
