need help with new pirellies
Is there suposted to be a left and a right tire? They are marked inner and outer but when you put them on the car the tread is going in two different directions(on the right the tread is facing one way and on the left it is facing the other direction). They are the pirelli p-zeros 17 265 40 on front and 295 35 18's on back if this matters.I've had these tires on my car for about 1 year. Now I have gotten a new set and I was going to install them and noticed this. I didnt do the install before and had not noticed this before. I can or will call pirelli if I have to but thought I might get a responce on here before monday.

No, you are fine. Just mount them with OUTSIDE on the outside. The tires are asymetrical, but not unidirectional. Our stock tires were unidirectional, but not asymetrical, and the old GS-C's that came on the C4 were both asymetrical and unidirectional.

well now I have the question of putting both tires going in 1 direction on the same side of the car or putting them on criss crossed. If you know what I'm saying, putting both" foward" facing tires on the drivers side or the front driver side tire with "foward" facing treads and the driver side back with the "back wards" facing tread etc.... I dont know it just seems weird on most cars the tread forms an arrow shape if you will facing the front of the car, on mine two face the front and 2 face the back.
