Manuel door pull does not work
My 2005 battery went dead.When I unlock truck and try to activate the manuel door pull it does not work. It will attempt to open door and the door will pop away from the body but not enough to have actually unlocked the door. Has anyone experienced this,before I mess with a locksmith which I hate to do because of damage to the auto lock system.

This is the wrong Tech section for the '05's.... this is the C-5 section. Regardless though, if you pull the inside floor handle for the door or use the pull wire in the trunk area, you should be able to open the door, then find out why it doesn't want to work.
