Default my car is leaking coolant!!

its dripping coolant from the tank... theres a small nipple on the bottom of it... im not sure if there should be a cap there or hose?? or is it cracked?? anyone of you guys have had this happen to you??
heres a picture of it its on the right hand side above that rubber hose

just remove the 2-3 nuts that hold it and flip it up some to see if it is cracked or not

if its cracked is it ok to plug it?? what is it? just a drain??

They will crack over time. Replace it. They cost $50

there is a plug in sensor on the bottom of that surge tank.From that picture in do not see it plug in

its a cover?? i was checking out my buddie's vette and there isn't any caps or covers on it either... looks just like mine
