So i bought some kooks 1 7/8 long tube headers about a year ago. I put them on myself and made sure that everything was loose and in place before i tightened everything to make sure the tips would line up. Well about a month later the right side started drooping down about an inch. Now the right side is near an inch and a half lower than the left!!! I tried calling kooks but they are near impossible to get a hold of on the phone. So I emailed them and about a month later i got a reply from someone saying that i should loosen everything and line it all up before tightening everything down. Well....i did that to start off. Does anyone have any advice or input.
Oh... and by the way if you look under the car you can tell that the right header collector sits about a half inch to an inch lower than the right side, which in turn, turns the x pipe and so on.

I did the same install a few weeks ago. I've not had a whole lot of luck getting them perfectly straight either. I think it is going to take some engineering. This system doesn't bolt up the way the stock one does and does not have a connection on the mid-pipes.
