dash removal help...
i took the dash out about 3 months ago. i replaced airbags. now the dash is not going in place correctly. it is not going flush around the passenger side air bag. the drivers side shows the black portion of the winshield at the bottom and the right side is above the black part on the winshield. it is like the right side wont sit flush. the bolts are in where the defroster is. so it cant go forward any more. but the drivers side has a gap before the winshield. has anyone been through this??? thanks.

I had it out of my '99 last year, but didn't have any problems for it going back in. I think I would remove it again and carefully inspect it for anything that needs to be inserted or hooked under.

Are you saying that it basically won't go flush up against the passenger side air bag?
If so, remove the dash panel and reposition that airbag, they are adjustable.
