Mid Pipe Exhaust Removal Question
I am going to be dropping the Mid Pipe Exhaust (both sets of cats between the manifolds and rear pipes.
I have two questions, what gaskets will I need to buy to reinstall if I am just dropping the mid pip section with the CAT's. Also can this be done on ramps or does there need to be more clearance?

i did mine on jack stands when i did my headers, - i guess depends on how comfy with lil room - im claustrophobic so i needed lots of room hehe only gasket i remember is the midpipe to muffler connections, and those i reused.

Done it several times on stands. You need to be careful with pulling the nuts off the exhaust manifold flanges as they are often locked in due to heat/corrosion and can cause you to break the stud off. May want to hit them wth PB Blaster or WD40 a couple hours before to help prevent that.
