Default Factory clutch??
Any ideas on how long a factory clutch is good for under normal driving conditions, or I guess I should say normal Corvette driving conditions meaning the occasional run through the gears. What does a clutch replacement cost for a C5?

118,000+ miles on a 1998 and still okay.

I too am curious on this. Especially the "normal" or "fair" cost to replace one out and do it right. I am guessing around $1500-$2000 for parts and installation. Sound about right to anyone?

74,000 on my 00 vert wiht no issues at all. Only thing I have done is the ranger method of clutch fluid change every so often.
