Sorry you didn't get much help from your first post, but the thread probably got locked as a result of your negative comment about the local dealer which is not tolerated on the forum.
The fact that you've already have a CLB installed for years does not mean it didn't fail, or your battery may be low, or perhaps just aging components and contamination build up on relay contacts. Your car is almost 10 years old, so everything is suspect including your BCM. But I imagine you have the additional GM relay mod installed in the passenger footwell. If you've replaced your CLB and convinced yourself that it's in good shape, then it may be time to bypass the other relay. Also you need to make sure the wires between your BCM and the CLB are not open or shorted and you don't have any blown fuses.
