Not sure how you can say the motor is fine, but the window does not move. Most likely the motor is stuck and you will need to replace the window regulator assembly to get a permanent fix.
You might be able to get it to work for awhile, but once they mess up, it is just a matter of time before they quit completely.
Replacing the regulator assy is not difficult, but it will cost you $250 to $300 from a dealer.
The most difficult part is removing the door panel without breaking any of the fasteners. One tip: put masking tape along the weatherstrip on the top of the door and the glass, and mark the vertical and forward position of the glass before you remove it from the door. It will make it easier to locate the glass when you install it in the new regulator assembly. To mark the vertical position, I put the edge of the tape on the glass along the top of the weatherstrip on the front and rear of the glass. Then you can mark the tape on the glass and the tape on the weatherstrip to locate the glass' horizontal position.

i read that, but the motor works, i can hear it work and it lowers the window half way then it gets stuck up on something... i took it apart last night and it seems like the cables are kinda loose do they have to be like that??
I am having the EXACT same problem. Lowering the window makes it sound like a box of rocks. It gets stuck about half way down most times. If you raise it an inch or so and then push down again, it will sometimes go the rest of the way down. But it sounds horrid. Let me know if you find the solution.

Sounds like the motor gears are shot. Sorry I missed that part of your first post, but if it sounds that bad, then the motor is probably bad. Please report back what you find so me and others can learn from it.
