Default HID lights

So I was looking on fleabay and see these "Starlight" Xenon gas bulbs for like 40 bucks. It says no special rewiring needed to run them. Anyone have any input on these?

The simple answer is you can not get a good HID setup without also changing the housing. Replacing the buld with a HID bulb will surely blind oncoming traffic because the your current housing is designed for a standard buld not a HID bulb. In order to get true HID light output you need to replace the housing to control the "cutoff" line of the light.
