How much $ would it be to cam a stock c5? with parts and labor done by a pro, and all of the other things necessary for it to be done.

just give me a ball park answer.

i want a real grindy cam, if there are any suggestions, let me know,
thanks!

If you put in a big cam you need to upgrade valve train as well to handle increased stress of more aggressive cam. Make sure you get a new timing chain, ported oil pump, and after-market under-drive pulley too.

Also, if your car is an A4 you will need a converter so that's another 1k or so with labor.
