Valve stem leak
The tire losed about 10 - 15 psi a night when left outside in the cold weather, but only loses 2 -5 psi a week when in the garage with warm weather.
I did not really notice this until it got cold. The tire shop told me that a gromit needs to be replaced on sensor. They tried retightening the bolt over the valve stem, but no help.
Anyone heard of this gromit?
Update: Thanks jetskifast. I went to the dealership and the O-ring is only $2. And they will get one in tomorrow. So then I have to take the car back to discount tire and wait 2 hours to get it changed.

O-ring seals sensor to rim. Sounds like leaking O-ring.
Tire Sensor O-rings should be replaced when changing out rims.
