I have a 2002 C5, my problem is the corvette will run very rough once start the car, by rough I mean it will start being jerky when driving in addition it feels loss of power in between the "jerks" then will go back to normal power for a moment and then the power drops again. In addition once this starts the car throws a service traction control/active handling error.
I have contacted a corvette maintenance person at our local Chevy site and they stated sounded like some bad gas and possibly some water in the tank. They recommended keeping it a full tank of chevron with tech and adding heet fuel additive to try to remove any water that may have condensed in the tank.
Since then I have kept the tank pretty topped off and added 2 doses of the heet, each time it seems to get better temporarily but then goes back to the jerking. I was thinking possibly a fuel injector issue however I really do not know. What do you think? If it is a fuel injector issue is there a good fuel injector cleaner that I can attempt to use to see if it improves performance? Currently I am on a fairly limited budget so would like to try to keep the costs down where possible.
I am unfortunately not that savvy on car repair so would really like any advice you can give me!
Of the codes you listed the only ones that are "current" have to do with the tire pressure monitoring system. That will not cause the engine to run rough. I would clear all the codes and and go for a drive. See what codes come back. To clear the codes you will need to press and hold "reset" for each code displayed as you go through them. If no codes come back except for the tire pressure ones, then I would guess bad gas, clogged fuel filter, or weak fuel pump. If you do get codes, post them up and I'll give you more info.

I had a similar issue with my 2000 but it was tripping heated O2 sensor codes. Basically had to replace all the O2 sensors and it was back to normal.....and I thought nitrous was good for them...
reset all the codes, filled it up with more cheveron as drvoe it around some more, does not appeaar to be throwin any more codes but still is giving the jerky feeling and when driving gives the service traction control system. From your response it seems as though prob bad gas or fuel issue, any sugestions for getting rid of it or any fuel additives I can try to put in it if it is a clog in fuel system or injectors?
Any additional advice would be greatly appretiated!
I'm leaning toward this being a fuel quality or fuel delivery (filter or pump) problem if there are no codes. if it were an electrical mis-fire there would be a code. As you can imagine these types of problems are tough to diagnose over the internet without codes to go by.
If I were having this problem I would try treating the fuel first (as you already have). Then after running out that tank and getting a fresh new tankfull and the problem persisted I would go for a new fuel filter (probably not a bad idea either way). Then, if it still didn't smooth out, I'd go for a new pump. Checking for codes periodically to see if something relevent comes up. As a last resort I would have the injectors checked.
