transmission problem.HELP
ok so i work at a tire shop and my tires were showing threads so i left my car at home for about 1 week sitting. i get some new tires today so i drive my car to my shop put the tires on. i drive about 30 miles on tires then all of a sudden my transmission will not go into 3rd or overdrive. i just got the trans rebuilt about 4 months ago. what is the problem. i step on gas and RPMS go up but car doesnt go. so that would be the clutch correct? if so am i going to have to do an entire trans rebuild or just throw in a new stage 1 racing clutch? i can not hear any slipping of belts at all.
