Default Which mod first

I have a 2000 A4 w/ 315s. If I had to choose just one, which one would lower my 1/4 ETs faster?

I'd imagine a cam would yield the biggest increase in HP, but for that price you could get intake and headers for the price of a good cam and install.

From my research, it's best to get a heads/cam/intake package from the get-go. You might not yield the best results by just playing with 1 or the other. A motor is like an Orchestra--everything acts together. By going the route of intake/exhaust you're setting the car up for the next mods.

If your only concern is going faster, gut the car for free.

I't is not a all out RACE car, so I'm not going to gut the car. I did not say anything about increasing hp, I said which would make my ets drop the fastest.

Then go on a diet, otherwise put on NITROUS. Best money for speed return if used wisely.

That's pretty impressive for what you have. Down at Moroso I am assuming? Now cam it or change out the gears.

The cam would make the most difference no doubt, however, the cam kinda needs the headers and TC to work it's best.

Personally, I'd do the headers first, as they are generally considered pre-requisite mod for a cam. Much easier to install too.

But for your specific question, the cam will still get you the most gains, even with stock manifolds.
