I had the dealer change my headlight switch. I noticed, I think, my steering wheel is off center. May its just me? Does Chevy pull the steering wheel to change out the switch?
Its just out of plumb a tad. Would one notch on the spline be that slight?
Thanks in advance.

According to the service manual, the steering wheel does have to be removed to change the multifunction switch.
Yeah, sounds like they moved it however, you really don't need to remove it to change the multifunction switch. I did mine on the '99 and was able to accomplish it easily without removal of the steering wheel. They might have to in order to follow the published procedure.
Well ......called them back and the mechanic said he changed it without removing the wheel.
He also said the wheel is keyed and you can't put it on wrong. He said it was an alinement problem. I don't drive it much but its odd that I hadn't noticed it before.
THANKS ALL.

If the alignment was good before and bad when you got it back, then they hit something while test driving it. We all notice immediately when the steering wheel is no longer correct.
