how many miles on car? belt issues might be balancer walking off, as for oil - take a flashlight and look around and see if you can see the source and report back on what u see.

I agree with the harmonic balancer. If you look at it while its running, you'll probably see its wobbling. Time to replace it before you have a huge problem.

The main pulley, also known as the crank pulley. There will be a disc like object behind the crank pulley. This is the harmonic balancer. Look at the crank pulley while it is idling. Check to see if it is wobbling.

If it's the harmonic balancer, it won't be CHEAP at the dealer. You don;t want to replace it with a stock one anyway if it is, the aftermarket ones are better and cheaper.

I have GMPP on my Z so when the belt started jumping off the pulleys I first replaced the belt but the new one continued to jump off the pulleys so I took it in for service. They found some sort of sticky material on the crank pulley which was causing the belt to jump. They cleaned the pulley and all has been fine since.

talked to the dealer and they say its the bolt for the balancer and crank pully, so they are gonna replace the bolt and belts and balancer. they also made sure that no other engine parts were harmed. so i should get my car back today or early tomorrow.
