Re: Transgo kit install around Bay Area,CA (Caveboy)
I had mine done at Macy (name may not be quite right, but similar, maybe Marcy?) in Oakland. It is on Broadway at auto row, bright oragne sign on a brown brick front. They are very knowledgable. I would think any good transmission shop could do it.

Try Valaya Automotive in San Jose. Their number is 408-448-8811. Talk with the shop owner--TED MAY. He knows his stuff with C5s but he is also good with Vipers and Porsches. He won't rob your pocket book and his bays are clean.

Install only 2 washers. If you install 3 like I did,it will snap your head off.Its too much!! Talk to the installer and ask what he recommends. It is definitely worth the money. My car's much more fun to drive. The car will feel like you added 15 horses to the rear wheels. :chevy :chevy :flag :chevy :chevy (STARS AND STRIPES FOREVER)
