Have you checked the fluid level yet?

Yes did a fluid change n filter, i used the mobil 1 crap , redrained fluid and added amzoil it seems like it changed it for the better just a touch ,
Had the vette level"dug a pit i can sit in and work under car without jacking or lifting in my yard", apprx 100 deg trans temp, car running, filled until it leaked out hole,
Was wondering if possibly since this is a 60E=Electronic trans if it might be somethiin electrical, Its just weird its not slippin all the time only when manually shifted which is what i do on the track.
Things ive done to it that might of caused prob . cleaned and lubricated linkage at trans when fluid changed, changed fluid n filter, tuned trans with prowler programmer, tune since been removed, manually shift most of time"not no more" , take it to open track days on road coarses,
Any body had or heard of this prob b4?
I have a video on youtube under "ace48" canyon run that was my last drive, slipping shortly after that.

Rebuild time 115k miles is not bad especially with programmer that raises line pressure

Did the old fluid look brown, or smell burnt? How much clutch friction material did you find in the pan bottom?

It is weird that it only slips when manual shifting. I'm thinking there may be some crap in the valve body passages causing it. Try a power flush before you condemn the transmission. It's worth a try.

Mine started acting strange right after I had 3.73 gears installed. Eventually it crapped out altogether. It had aluminum chunks in the pan. I thought about a RPM replacement but for the same price I got a GM reman and a three year 100k warranty total cost turn key $3200. BTW I had 113,000 on mine.
