Sure will. Make sure you get the correct off-set. For a 20x11 rear tire I would suggest a 305 width. The 20x11 rear should not extrude much if at all from the side of the car with the proper off-set. The company that you purchase these from should know what you need.

Going with the 11" rim on the back the tire will prob have a slight buldge out the back. Maybe 1/2". Partially because the rim is 1.5" wider then stock and partially because of the body lines of the C5 make it look like it is sticking out more when viewed from the back.
If you look at the "show off your wheels" thread you will see a lot of examples of it. But it is nothing extereme its just a price to pay for the huge wheels. Some guys get it to tuck nicely with certain wheels.

I think you would be better off going with a 19x9.5 or 19x10 in the front if you plan to run a 20x11 in the rear. If you want to keep the 18x9.5 in the front, I would put a 19x10 or 19x11 in the rear. Whatever wheel vendor you go with should be able to get you hooked up with the correct offsets to fit a C5. I have 19x9.5 and 20x11.5 C5 ZO6 motor sport wheels. With the correct offset the wheel will not stick out at all. Mines came from the House of wheels. I agree use a 305 tire. I have a 295 on mines and that the smallest I would use. Good luck!
