Default Hello From FICINJECTORS!!

Hello everyone!

My name is Rich from Fuel Injector Connection, and I'll be working with you in the C5 and C6 sections!

For those who are unaware of us. We have been in the injector business for 30 years.

We have over 1000 feedback on ebay with a 100% rating.

I am a sponsor on Corvetteforum.com , Ls1tech.com as well as MANY others.

Please feel free to look in the C4 section for hundreds of very happy customers!

We provide injectors to some of the largest names in performance including LG Motorsports, Shepherd Racing, Xtreme motorsports, and many others.

Please shop with us with confidence. Our main concern is customer service. That is one of the reasons whenever you ask for a phone number, you will get my personal cell phone #. If you want to talk to Jon, you will get his personal cell phone #. Probably 30% of the business I do is on Sunday afternoons, and another 20% is weekdays after midnight. We are always here to get in contact with.

There are several company's that sell fuel injectors. But NONE, will match our prices, or our customer service. ALL injectors we sell are flow matched. ALL injectors come with viton o-rings installed. ALL injectors in our rebuilt line, as well as injectors that are sent in for our restoration service, are covered by a 3 year no questions warranty.

We are also the only shop around that can actually modify injectors! We can take your stock injectors and change the flow rate to nearly anything you want. Not just saving you money, but making tuning amazingly simple!

Here is a quote from a shop owner who took advantage of this service.

I would also like to publicly endorse this company and their ability to do outstanding work.

In addition to these injectors I also sent them a set of stock LS3 injectors and had them re-flowed to 60LBS/HR, not only were they professional I had the injectors back within 3 days from the day I dropped them off.
I installed them in a 2008 Corvette we did with a Pro Charger,Melrose Long Tubes,Random cats and X-Pipe,with a magnaflow Cat Back. I have to say this was the easiest car I have ever had to tune. I made 3 pulls and I was done !! The car drove like it was stock again.
If anyone needs any injectors, I strongly suggest you use the Fuel Injector Connection. Thanks again guys !!
We also do injector servicing, with one of the most in depth restoration process in the business.

Thanks for your time! I look forward to working with you in the near future!

~Rich

What is the charge to clean and flow a set of injectors? What is the turn around time?

For top feed injectors we charge 15 each, and turn around is almost always same day + shipping time. We ship USPS Priority.

THE SERVICE INCLUDES:

1) Injectors are externally cleaned, visual inspected

2) We test injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw.

3) We perform leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on one of our 3 ASNU flow benchs. All data is recorded and sent to you.

4) Remove filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps. Metal injectors are bead blasted to remove old paint and rust from the injector body.

5) The injectors are placed in a heated ultrasonic bath to insure that the injector is free of dirt and contamenants that could hinder the rest of the process.

6) The injectors are now put into another ultrasonic system while they are pulsed allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles and build-up inside the injectors.

7) The injectors are now back flowed to remove all debris, etc.

8) The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions. The data from this test is returned to you in detail with your injectors.

9) The injectors are now refinished with high temp paint. the stainless steel injectors are polished to a high finish.

10) One of our techs. now reassembles the injector, using all new parts.

11) The injectors are then vac sealed and packaged for shipment along with the old parts.

Please post shiping information. I won't be back in town until next week. I will need the injectors back pretty quick fo rmy new motor. The injectors have low usage but I'd like to have them flow checked.

I find this quite interesting. All seems well at this point,,but curious,,assuming good quality gas and a few bottles of Techron a year and about 10,000 per year and occasional T and T,,,what kind of life span should be expected on a stock setup before a refresh is in order??

it depends..
normally a daily driver benefits from a full service at 100,000. cars that are driven less have a tendancy to need it at a lot less miles. There is a tiny filter basket in the top of each injector. sediment clogs this filter, on the car injector service works for a while, but, the partcles that the solvents loosen in the tank and lines end up in this filter.
dirt is the injectors enemy. After the service most injectors are restored too 100% of their original specs.
