Wheel Sensors?
I am planning to get a set of chromed wheels for my 98.
How easy or difficult is it to remove and transfer the sensors?
I assume the plating has no effect on the effectiveness of the sensors.....what say the experts?

There won't be any problem mounting your sensors on chromed wheels as long as they are OEM wheels. I've read that some non GM (aftermarket) Z06 wheels have to have a thicker o-ring before the sensors will fit though.
Speaking of o-rings, it's a good idea to put a new set on your sensors when you move them to the new wheels. Your dealer has them at about a dollar each. Good luck with your new wheels.
