I have a Vig 3200 in my 00 coupe and it seems pretty normal to me as far as driving goes. The Vig was in the car when I bought it so I have nothing to compare it to but I'm wondering what people mean by "LOOSE". the car goes like hell when I stomp on the gas but I don't see a huge noticible difference when it hits 3200. maybe I need to pay more attention to the RPMs when I get on it because normally I am just watching the road and trying to keep the car in a straight line.

Looseness complaints are related more towards launching the car at regular throttle. A very loose throttle will take more pedal effort to get the car going. In really bad cases, it won't be a smooth launch.
