Quick torque on headers bolts question

Default Quick torque on headers bolts question
How much torque to tighten down American racing long tube headers to the block, had to loosen the one side up for the clutch install.

First pass 11 lb ft
Second pass 18 lb ft

The same for all headers and stock manifolds.
