What speed/RPM does this occur or is any time you let of the throttle?

I'm guessing dirty MAF sensor or bad gas. What brand gas are you using?

There's a lot of things that could cause this, but I'd start with the easy stuff first. Remove the intake/filter assembly from the throttle body and check the MAF and throttle body opening. Clean the MAF with something like spray contact cleaner, and clean the mouth of the tb with a turpentine-soaked rag or something similar. If the MAF is dirty, it'll send the wrong signals to the PCM re airflow requirements. If the tb opening is dirty, the crud buildup could prevent the butterfly from closing fully.

Question: How is idle and driveability when the engine is cold?

I assume you discussed this with your tuner? Did they notice it during/after tuning, or when road testing after dyno?
