Default Code problems!

My '99 FRC won't pass smog. For those of your in the midwest who don't have smog, here in vegas we are allowed 2 not readies and it will still pass. I don't have cats so my 2 are the rear o2 sensors. I got a dyno tune about 8 months ago and when i went to renew my registration and smog, turns out my car won't pass. My check engine light is not on but my code reader still pulls codes. Anybody know if this could be tune related?

This is what the smog test spit back out as reasons for why it couldn't pass:
Test Parameter: Result: Additional Info:
OBD CATALYST N NOT COMPLETED
OBD EVAP N NOT COMPLETED
OBD SEC AIR N NOT COMPLETED
OXY SNSR HEAT N NOT COMPLETED

These are the codes my diablosport predator tuner found when I hooked it up to the car again.

I/M tests will NEVER complete without the cats-hope you didn't throw them away. Looks like you EVAP system ain't happening either. Ah, the money people will spend for a few HP only to get bit by the pollution test.

Haha actually its the money i didn't spend why the pollution test is biting me. I could've bought high flow cats but they just seemed ridiculously expensive. Might be worth it to keep my car legit though. How can i check codes through the DIC?
