I recently installed headers and swapped plug & wires while I was in there. Now I have a tick on the stereo that of course is ignition related (increases with rpms). I have checked the wires and everything seems tight, but I expect I have a spark leak... how can I find which one is the culprit? Or any other suggestions to troubleshoot would be great.

try hooking up a timing light one at a time to each plug wire and see if you can tell when the flashes are matching the ticking noise
I have not had a tune since the install and still getting O2 Sensor codes. I was planning to take it in for a tune. Would a dyno tune isolate the spark leak?
I did use dielectric grease with new MSD red wires. Why do you ask about dielectric? I have not read anything about that being problematic.
I wasn't too clear. I wasn't saying that dielectric grease might be the problem.
I was mentioning it to make sure that you did use it.
Are all of the wires fully seated?
It might be worth putting the stock ones back on for testing purposes and then take one off at a time and then replace it with an MSD wire. This way you can see if it's one wire or all of them. One way to track the problem down. If it's one wire at least you will know which one.
The 'spark in the dark' idea was a good one, but did not provide any arch show. The idea to swap out with old plugs to isolate the problem wire is good too, but after a recent garage cleaning, I swore not to save any more sets of old plugs and they are long gone.
I guess I will give PDQC5's idea a try and hook the timing light up and see if I can match the beat.
I will let you know and if anyone else has any ideas please share.
Thanks again for the input!!
