According to all the guys on here, the Amsoil is fine for the '97-'00 trannys that have the cellulose blocker rings. I also have a 2000, so I have done a lot of reading on the subject. I found zero negative comments on the Amsoil ATF.
A few days ago one of the guys posted that another Amsoil lubricant might be a tad better for the tranny, based on longterm viscosity index stability, but his comments were that the ATF is still fine to use.
