Just installed my tpis headers and x-pipe today, took about 4 hrs. The hardest part for me was relocating the 02 sensor wires so they didnt contact the headers. I would say do it yourself and save some money.
U can use Anti sieze, but i did use oil on bolts instead of anti sieze, 3k miles sofar no exhaust leaks. U might have to use washer's or might gring stock exhaust bolts for not bottoming out in heads, may eb u dont have to either, but in my case SW LT headers flange thickness is not really thick as stock flange, so i grind stock bolts ust a hairline not much, dont wanna torque too much in Al heads. GL on install its fun ride.

Difficulty to install depends on many things. Do you have jackstands? Can you get (or feel comfortable) getting the car 20" off the ground?
What about tools? Have a good selection.
I hate to break it to you, but Kooks are the hardest (that I've heard) to install.
ARH's are unquestionably the easiest. The LG Pro's aren't that bad either.
However, with the Kooks, I'm pretty sure you have to unbolt one of the motor mounts and jack up the engine to get clearance. Even with that, it should still only take a day.
My advice, buy a new set of spark plug wires (GMPP recommended). You'll probably break one trying to get it off.
You do have to unbolt the motor mounts to do the install as per Kooks instructions.
