Default Ignition/Remote Cutoff Switch?

Where can I get one and who can learn me. I want to be able to have the extra added security measure of being able to keep my car from being started even if someone were to steal my keys.

A buddy of mine said his is to the fuel system. The theory here is that the theif can roll down the street for a few yards thinking he's stolen the vehicle and then it just conks out. He would obviously not be dumb enough to get caught in the middle of the road with a stolen vehicle so he flees.

What is everyone's thoughts here and where can I get more info on this?

I would think this would be the least desirable result. Ideally, you don't want the thief to be able to start the car, let alone move it...

Many ways to achieve the desired result....easiest being a kill switch inline with the ignition.

I agree, but I would imagine a theif being really pissed off that he couldn't steal it and start ripping up the interior. If he has the time to steal your car where it's parked then he'll certainly have enough time to eff some stuff up.

But anyway, where can I learn more about doing this mod?

The way I look at it, the only reason for a catback and headers, with full intake is so that you will always know when some one starts your car up.

There's not much to it. You need a switch, wire, schematic, soldering iron(my preference), and some heat shrink.

Can you read schematics? Solder? What are your abilities?
