I tried the audio section with no help yet so I am posting here,
"I have the GM10 in my 01 coupe and I am trying to put a similar setup in my dad's 03 Z06. Are all of the wires and connectors there and in the same place to hook up the cor-har and gm10?"

Yes, the layout is same.
Either in the rear where the cd changer would be Or, behind the passenger side kick panel (To the right of the interior fuse box)
