I am planning to nitrousize (is there such a word??) my Y2K Vette, 98 Eclipse GSX and 97 Supra TT. The guy asks me what type I would like Wet or Dry type. SInce I had no idea what he was talking about I asked about prices> So with that question in mind, what are the differences? I am planning to put the 100 shot TNT on my vette and prolly 80 shot on both of the other cars. Also on the TNT kit, what size of bottle should I use? I want to conceal it. THanks in advance guys.
I think the 'wet' kit is where fuel is mixed with the N2O at the point of entry into the intake system. The 'dry' type doesn't do that.
The determining factor is the amount of HP the kit is being setup for. You have to be sure the stock fuel injectors can supply enough fuel for the 'dry' kit to work without running too lean. If they can't (and you don't want to change injectors), then the 'wet' kit is necessary.
