im not a newbie...just the name is

and ACI is fine, for looks...but I want downforce, and Im pretty sure they do not windtest or show Lbs of down force at given speeds. To say I dont want one is not "slamming" anyone. I believe I can have a preference on my own car yes?

Yes, we're sure you'll buy whatever pleases you, however, I didn't state "I was pretty sure" the ACI was functional for front loading a C5 with downforce, but I said they are track proven, not for the looks but for the actual functional downforce they create. How do I know? They are on alot of vette racers that I read about in all the vette magazines that use the ACI, plus I have a vette pal who had one on his '04Z06 that he track raced with superior results to a stock front end. Just trying to give you some factual information instead of saying "I think the ACI has good downforce".

BTW....what was your old forum name?

Good luck with your project!
