heat from passenger vents

2001 corvette convertible, Passenger vents blow hot air, drivers side blows cold. Has the climate control system and no matter what I do with the passenger **** it will not turn down the heat. Texas is hot so this makes it pretty much undriveable. Have disconnected the battery and recharged it but did not help. Please help me!!!

one company said they ran codes and go no error mssgs. tried disconnecting battery and charging battery but had no luck. am hoping to avoid having to take apart the dashboard.
