I disagree. Stand behind a cammed car that is catless, then stand behind one with cats. The difference is substantial. Why do you think so many people end up putting cats on? It won't completely get rid of the smell, but it will help it a great deal. Good tuners can also adjust the tune to help at idle.

well having a tiny cam like the ms4 only makes things worse with smell. even when i was cam only (ms4) i could smell the fuel once cam was installed, when i went to catless/LT's it got much worse, but still wasn't that bad.

Yes, I have a pretty heavy cam in mine with LG LongTubes with NO cats, and it STINKS so bad! Epically with the windows up and the heat on! It only stinks when I am stopped at idle.
I was thinking about going with some cats, but I doubt that will help, maybe like the post above me, I need to have it tuned better...
