Knocking sound
First off, mods please dont move this, I just want a few more technical minds to see this 
Second, this is a hummer H3 engine problem I am trying to get advise for so if you may have an idea, I would appreciate it

Well, sounds like a failed oil pump off the top of my head. Have you checked/replaced the oil filter in case its come apart internally? I've only heard of that happening once before. The next thing to do is drain the oil and look for metal in there.
