Kooks cat back? I went with the kooks header and x pipe but lg and aps are the only 3 inch cat back sysytems i know of

Yup! I went with the kooks headers/Hi-flow cats/x-pipe.

Im guessing that if you state on your order that these are for an off-road vehicle they should be able to sell them to you.

I meant that the only way to see them is on a lift, or when the hood is open. Unless you open the hood or look underneath, the system is not readily visible to the public.

LG will sell you the headers. Personally, I love the LGs on my 02. That said, I no longer live in CA. Any kind of LT header will not pass the visual inspection portion of the CA smog check. Unless you have a shop that will look the other way, or plan on uninstalling the LGs and putting the stock exhaust back on for the inspection, you're SOL.

Yes, but certain in counties (
http://www.smogcheck.ca.gov/80_BARRe...rogram_Map.pdf ) you only have to SMOG the vehicle on change of ownership. Mine is registered in one of those counties.
