Default Oil Cooler install help

I bought the oil cooler kit below... Seems to be a well made kit with a Earls Cooler / Custom lines and the oil adapter...... One thing though is there is no markings "in" or "out" on the adapter or on the cooler does this matter? Logic would say as long as it goes out and back in it would not make a difference which way it travels

If you are not running it through a cooler built into th radiator also, then it doesnt matter. My cooler has a fan, and a temp sending unit that turns the fan off an on. In m case the "inlet" to the cooler is the one closest to the temp sending unit.

In your case, just a cooler, no fan, and not going trough the radiator, it should make no diferance witch one is in or out.
