2000 C5 mods

Tony where woulod I find the detail on the mods you mention above? Thanks.
Plan your mods carefully and spend wisely.
I went through different cams, heads and headers, upgreaded rear ends 2:73,3:15 finally a 3:42 many tunes and never broke 400 RWHP.
Just go with a A&A Vortech..and methanol for safety and HP. A good tune for safety and HP will get you there...
'97 A4....
I'm running 556RWHP/511RWTQ on a stock bottom LS1.
I have Patriot heads 62cc (but with a FI, keep your heads at 76cc).
I have a '04 ZO6 cam, LG LT headers, hi flow cats, ported LS6 intake and TB, 160* T-stat, ZO6 Ti exhaust.
Now I'm very happy with my setup.
The car runs like stock until you get in it...
Gas milage on the road is 26MPG and city is 21 MPG
at the track it ran 11.3xx at 126 MPH and that was a soft launch and a 2.00 60'. It will hit 10s easily next time out.....my .02.
Check this out.

You'll also most likely need pushrods, lifters, and new lifter guide trays.
I have a entire spread sheet of all my stuff complete with pricing if you want to see it. Email me.

Other than the electric water pump, I tried to largely mirror the mods from this article.

Everybody will have their own agenda's and you will have
to work through that. My advise ---keep it simple and
have your goals spelled out in your own mine. What ever
way you go, figure out all the expenses and compare. If
you can it would be wise to ride in a few vettes with
different power options, so you can have a seat of the
pant's feel.
Good Luck.
I think its called the precision motorsports. seemed squared away when i as up there taking the tuning course
I have the dual intake with K&N fiilters and it certainly doesn't do as much as I expected so I am going to get rid of it for a vararam!
