Default Sliding seats problem

Do anyone know what is a good quick and easy way to fix the sliding seat track problem?

Do anyone fix them for a good price?

when i had my 99 the dealership covered the seat problem under warranty. It would have been $600 if I had not had the warranty.. If you take some time and do a search on this forum you will find a few different methods of fixing it.. I recall one of them being fairly simple, so as you could do it yourself for the cost of a few washers from the hardware store.. I remember this from about 4 years ago on this forum.. Someone else might chime in, as my memory gets cloudy after about 1 month nowdays

Go to your local dealership and tell them you want it fixed as per Service Bulletin Number 02-08-50-002 (this is good only for 1997-2002 models built prior to VIN breakpoint 25106379).

I recently replaced both of the seat tracks. Found one online and one in a local dealership. The one online was around 150 and the local dealership gave it to me for cost being that it was on the shelf for a few years I think maybe 225. It take a few hours if you are handy.Just take your time....
