Default Tire Size Question For New Wheels

I just bought a new set of Ruff Racing wheels and need some adive and pics if available. I bought the 19x8.5 35offset for the fronts, and 19.9.5 45 offset for the rears.

I was thinking either (255/35r19...295/30R19) or (245/35r19....275/35r19) there are also some other options but takes me into the Michelin Tires that seem to be super expensive.

Thought?

Thanks Guys

Go here: http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp

And punch in your front tire size on one side, the rear wheel size on the other.

You want the rears to be @ 1/2" taller in diameter than the front to avoid possible issues with traction control. The traction control system expects to "see" the front wheels rotating faster than the rears. If it doesn't it triggers traction control.

A few guys say they run the same size front and rear with no problem, the larger number seem to have problems.

245/35/19 and 275/35/19 would be the smarter choice.

The 255/35 and 295/30 sizes will end up being exactly the same overall height, and in doing so you run a very good chance of experiencing traction control activation issues during normal driving. Keep the rear tires taller to avoid this issue.

Also, the 295 is a bit wide for a 9.5" wheel, especially when coupled with such a short sidewall.
