Default Hitting bump causing CE for O2 sensors?

We took our corvette for an oil change, and when pulling the car onto the ramp- the driver (inexperienced with power apparently) surged up onto it hitting the bottom of the car on the edge of the platform.

By the time we got the car home, the CE light was on, and the codes were the 2 from O2 sensors before and after the cats,

After changing the battery to a 78 as opposed to 75, which didn't have the right amount of power, the CE light went off, and didn't come back for quite a long time.

We drove (slowly) over a somewhat rough railroad track, and the CE light came on immediately with the same O2 sensor codes again.

Is there a possibility that the first hit caused loose wires/ connectors/ etc, everyone we talk to wants to change out the entire cat system- which I am not convinced is the problem.

I do notice however, that when starting off in 1st gear there is an odd vibrating type sound in the exhaust near the cat area.

Any thoughts?

Thank you!

I guess your only option is to get under the car and investigate as it could be either scenario.
